OLIVER Marketing brought me in to align the Post Office's tone of voice on their website just after a major rebrand. My role was to roll out this new brand across product pages and produce editorial content for their Mortgages, Travel Money, Insurance and Broadband teams.
Over time, my scope expanded to include work on the Gov.uk Verify pilot scheme. It was great fun working with a British heritage brand like the Post Office – and the delightful people who worked there.
