MOONPIG CAMPAIGNS

flowers

Most people don't know Moonpig do flowers. (Bet you didn't.) This is our attempt to sort that out. As you can see, we thought the best way to get people to notice Moonpig's flower offering was to be bold. And we were bold.

For this project, I had the pleasure of working with an amazing Art Director – the fabulous Frenchman Franz Dureigne.

FATHER'S DAY

We decided that the best way to truly understand Father's Day was to take a gritty, unflinching look at the stresses and concerns plaguing 21st Century Fatherhood.

Nah, just kidding. We created a fun, irreverent campaign based around one concept, which we called 'He's My Dad'. It involved taking a look at fatherhood and exploring the role Dads play in our lives – but without resorting to overblown clichés or sugary sentimentality. Instead, we delighted in the little things. We introduced this concept through an integrated print, TV and digital campaign. The first truly integrated campaign in Moonpig's history.

This was a joint project with my favourite Art Director/Graphic Designer/Ex-flatmate Alex Scarborough.

VALENTINE’S DAY

Valentine’s Day isn’t always easy. But you’ll get it right this year. (We promise.)

This campaign tapped into an especially relatable experience – the anxiety and uncertainty around Valentine’s Day. It’s meant to be a loving, joyful occasion, but the pressure of getting it ‘right’ can ruin it for a lot of people.

We had a clear message: don’t worry, we’ve got your back. You can relax and finally enjoy Valentine’s Day, thanks to Moonpig.

A joint creative project between myself and the amazing Alex Scarborough.
