The brief: Create an internal newsletter to build agency culture, get people talking, and indulge my personal pop-culture obsession.
The idea: Cult Fiction. A regular print and digital newsletter populated with user submitted content, curated by myself and the brilliant Emma Barker-Muzzell. This went out every week courtesy of our own internal HR system, and we posted it on the back of every cubicle door. Pretty good for bathroom reading.
